The Arrowood

The Arrowood is a residential community located along Rio Rd in Charlottesville, Virginia.  The design was inspired by contemporary barns and uses two simple building finish materials: vertical board and batten and horizontal siding. The building colors are monochromatic and uses texture and pops of color to create visual interest in the façades. The project features on-grade parking, garden style buildings, elevatored breezeway buildings, a community pool and a clubhouse with community office rooms, private study booths, a co-work space, a conference room and a large fitness room.
